K.U.S.A Ladies Fc Appoints Isaac Oware-Aboagye Jr. as President / CEO


Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies Football Club has Isaac Oware-Aboagye Jr. as its new President/ Chief Executive Officer for K.U.S.A Ladies Football Club

Isaac who is now the youngest Co-Owner and President / CEO of a Female Football Club in Ghana will take responsibility for all the business areas of the club and will report to the board alongside co-sporting directors from Berry Ladies Football Club, who will remain responsible and assist all the sporting and managerial activities of the club with the new Co-Owner and President / CEO.

Isaac Oware-Aboagye Jr said: ‘I’m delighted to make it official now though I have been part of the decision takers of acquiring one of my dreams team, which is Kusa Ladies FC, a club which is loved and followed in both the Southern and Northern Zone. I’m enormously proud to be leading it into the next chapter in its rich history. We have huge opportunities to grow on and off the pitch and to engage our exceptional fans both in Kumasi, Accra and wherever they are supporting us from. I’m looking forward to working closely with management, technical staff, leadership and everyone around the club especially having a physical meeting with all the team players. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate them again for securing the come back to the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.’

Coach Charles Anokye and some management staff said: ‘Isaac is an outstanding executive who will add significant value to Kusa Ladies Fc. A collaborative and promising leader with knowledge in Women’s Football, Isaac is a fantastic addition to our team.’

The co-controlling owners said: ‘Isaac’s’ skill and expertise will help us to drive the club forward in all areas, particularly in supporting our long-term plans for Kusa Ladies FC. He proved to us his belief in this team by going all in for this team during our current regional tournament.

‘Our focus will continue to be on ensuring the club is competitive and sustainable both from a sporting and business perspective, with a talented and ambitious leadership team.’

The Co-owner and Chief Executive Officer for Berry Ladies Football Club also pledged to be working closely with Isaac Oware-Aboagye Jr. in the coming months on the transition before departing to focus on Berry Ladies Fc and Valued Football Academy.

Dr. Gifty Oware-Mensah added: ‘We’d like to thank Isaac and Peter Mensah Esq. for all their efforts and support to us during the few days of our transition and helping Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies Football Club position the club for future success.’
